Join Visa as a Global Cross-Border Executive Assistant & Program Coordinator, where you will be an integral part of a dynamic and fast-paced global environment. This pivotal role extends beyond traditional administrative responsibilities, positioning you as a strategic partner for the Global Cross-Border organization. You will support multiple executives while enhancing business operations through effective program support.
Your Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted executive assistant to the VPs of Travel, Sales Enablement, and Commercialization, proactively anticipating their needs and managing complex priorities.
- Oversee a dynamic calendar, coordinating cross-functional meetings across various time zones.
- Handle expense management, vendor onboarding, purchasing workflows, and compliance (Concur/Ariba).
- Organize intricate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, briefings, and contingency plans.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and global administrative networks.
- Collaborate with the Chief of Staff/Business Operations lead to support the Business Operations function for the Global Cross-Border team, tracking deliverables and organizing strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate logistics for global travel, team offsites, leadership meetings, and high-profile events.
- Identify process gaps and enhance operational efficiency, team rituals, and workflows.
- Prepare high-quality briefings, presentations, communications, and executive-ready materials.
This is a hybrid position, with the number of in-office days to be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
