Key Responsibilities
Standardization of Employee Relations: Oversee the execution and management of employee relations processes to promote a consistent and scalable framework that embodies our high-performance culture across diverse regions.
Case Management: Direct the full cycle of investigations and performance-related cases, offering tailored support to PBPs to ensure uniform outcomes.
Labor Law Compliance: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of labor regulations in key regions, including the UK grievance procedures, EMEA Works Councils, and California-specific laws.
Support for Expansion: Provide guidance as the company ventures into new markets, ensuring that our employee relations practices align with local legal and cultural expectations.
