Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Oversee global tax compliance, including GST, TDS, corporate tax, VAT, and cross-border obligations.Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure accurate and timely filings.Guarantee compliance with statutory obligations, including financial reporting and regulatory submissions.Maintain transfer pricing documentation for intercompany transactions among entities.Supervise payroll functions and ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).Prepare and oversee financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, encompassing reconciliations and MIS reporting.Establish and uphold internal financial controls, approval workflows, and expense policies.Manage accounts payable, vendor invoicing, and intercompany billing processes.Assist with due diligence, audits, and fundraising activities by providing accurate financial data.Handle routine compliance, legal coordination, and administrative finance-related tasks.What Makes You a Great Fit:Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4–6 years of post-qualification experience.Strong background in global tax compliance, including GST, TDS, US corporate tax, and EU VAT.Experience managing compliance for international or multi-entity organizations.Hands-on familiarity with accounting tools such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Tally, or Zoho Books.Solid understanding of financial reporting and regulatory requirements.
