The Global HEOR (Health Economics and Outcomes Research) Program Coordinator plays a crucial role in providing extensive administrative and operational support to the HEOR department. This position involves coordinating project activities, managing contracts, and overseeing departmental budget processes to ensure the smooth and compliant functioning of operations. The Program Coordinator collaborates closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of HEOR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor Global HEOR project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Act as the primary contact for contract management, including drafting, reviewing, processing, and tracking contracts with vendors and consultants.
- Oversee departmental budget processes, including tracking expenditures, preparing budget reports, and supporting annual budget planning.
- Assist with procurement-related activities, including creating purchase orders, processing invoices, and onboarding vendors.
- Maintain precise records of contracts, budgets, and project documentation.
- Help organize meetings, workshops, and conferences, handling logistics and material preparation.
- Facilitate communication between HEOR team members and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices in all contracting and financial operations.
- Provide general administrative support to the Global HEOR team as required.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% for meetings, conferences, or project-related activities.
