Engage with:
HR systems and tools such as BambooHR, Deel, and other internal HR solutions while ensuring data precision and consistency.
HR documentation, policies, and internal guidelines, ensuring they remain organized and up to date.
Local HR teams, internal departments, and external providers in operational HR matters.
Manage:
Day-to-day HR operational processes, including onboarding and offboarding support.
Standard HR requests from employees and internal stakeholders.
Maintenance of HR data, documentation updates, and routine operational tasks.
