The position of Global HR Systems Specialist - Learning (SAP SuccessFactors & SABA) is a vital role within our Global HR Services – HR Systems Operations team. This position plays a key role in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence for SuccessFactors (Learning) and SABA.
In this role, you will actively contribute to shaping and executing the continuous improvement roadmap and initiatives in collaboration with the Global Process Owner, the community, and diverse stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and managing defined support processes to ensure compliance with service level agreements (incident management, user requests, standard change requests);
- Developing, maintaining, and continuously enhancing processes through effective knowledge management and training concepts across digital solutions;
- Conducting regular data quality reviews and audits;
- Managing tasks and processes within a complex organizational framework while engaging with various stakeholders;
- Establishing and refining quality assurance and testing methods related to the system, including active participation in testing during releases and change management, and ensuring effective communication with relevant stakeholders;
- Participating in global projects and providing support during the rollout and implementation of process and system changes/improvements, focusing on the adaptation of Operations and Continuous Improvement Standards;
- Collaborating closely with project managers and the system business owner throughout all project phases (e.g., Project Management & Continuous Improvement).
