As a Global Partner for Strategic Initiatives, you will be a pivotal member of our Customer Growth team, reporting directly to the Global Director of Strategic Initiatives. Your mission will be to orchestrate and implement high-impact initiatives that drive organizational success.
- Facilitate data-driven decision-making by analyzing performance metrics, conducting scenario analyses, and building comprehensive business cases.
- Establish and manage consistent reporting schedules, delivering executive-level updates that track initiative progress, identify key variances, and offer proactive insights into project health.
- Assure data integrity and maintain hygiene across all project models and tracking tools, serving as the definitive source for initiative performance metrics.
- Translate overarching strategies into actionable work plans, overseeing the daily execution of phases, milestones, and essential project rituals (e.g., stand-ups, progress reports).
- Oversee critical workstreams within larger initiatives, ensuring technical tasks (such as dashboard creation or process mapping) are aligned with the strategic vision.
- Facilitate the smooth transition of completed projects to functional teams, including the development of documentation and training materials to ensure sustainable outcomes.
- Prepare impactful briefing materials, memos, and presentations to assist the Director in securing support from senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Act as a primary contact point for cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring effective communication of project requirements and expectations across various levels of seniority.
- Work collaboratively across the organization to gather stakeholder input, ensuring that recommendations are grounded in the operational realities of functional teams.
