Key Responsibilities:Manage Global Payroll: Oversee the entire payroll process for all LMAX Group entities globally, guaranteeing timely and accurate payments while adhering to local regulations.Enhance Payroll Processes: Lead initiatives to improve payroll efficiency and facilitate the transition to fully outsourced payroll operations.Administer Benefits: Oversee and manage global employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and additional perks. Collaborate with brokers and providers to ensure our offerings are competitive and well-communicated.Vendor Management: Serve as the primary liaison for external payroll service providers and benefits brokers, monitoring performance to meet service level agreements (SLAs).Compliance & Reporting: Stay abreast of global payroll and benefits regulations, preparing and submitting all necessary internal and external reports accurately and punctually.Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to payroll and benefits processes, leveraging technology for greater efficiency and accuracy.Employee Support: Act as the main point of contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits, providing clear and empathetic assistance.Minimum Requirements:10+ years of experience in global payroll administration, with at least 5 years in the financial services sector.Proven experience managing complex payroll systems and benefits administration in a global context.
