As a pivotal member of this team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the delivery of precise and compliant payroll services across various countries, contributing to an efficient payroll process.
Your role includes a range of regular and ad hoc tasks, allowing you to engage in a diverse set of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Collecting and documenting payroll-related data changes such as new hires, terminations, and compensation adjustments.
- Collaborating with Global Payroll Executives to facilitate payroll processing across multiple regions.
- Ensuring timely and accurate data entry in payroll systems and third-party platforms (e.g., Pension).
- Maintaining data integrity between THOR and external payroll systems.
- Managing the country-specific payroll mailbox and responding promptly to employee inquiries.
- Monitoring and validating payroll inputs for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensuring compliance with local payroll regulations through correct documentation and data management.
- Assisting in the preparation of payroll documentation for audits and internal reviews.
- Working closely with HRSSC teams to ensure that payroll data accurately reflects organizational changes.
- Responding to internal queries regarding payroll data, timelines, and system updates.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external third-party providers.
