Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Global Revenue Cycle Analyst to ensure our global clientele receives precise and timely invoices. The ideal candidate will exhibit adaptability, possess strong analytical abilities, and thrive in a dynamic environment while solving complex problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate the completion of M07 and S07 jobs, using multiple systems to rectify any discrepancies and ensure accurate billing.
- Execute monthly queries during billing cycles to verify charges associated with NRC and MRC jobs, ensuring alignment with previous month documentation of total revenue.
- Conduct quarterly billing cycles employing various billing platforms to ensure prompt delivery of customer invoices.
- Assist internal teams with billing inquiries, conducting research and analyzing data to offer solutions via the Zendesk ticket queue.
- Perform monthly billing cycle audits across multiple products to confirm charge accuracy, collaborating with internal teams to resolve any unexpected changes.
- Lead projects to fruition with an emphasis on accuracy and effective communication.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert on Bandwidth products, participating in product meetings to enhance knowledge of new and existing offerings.
- Attend and occasionally facilitate stakeholder meetings related to the billing cycle, documenting notes to update the team and absent stakeholders.
