As a Solution Architect, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing advanced CIS solutions, integrating our diverse offerings with top-tier partner technologies to cater to the dynamic needs of our clients, regulatory frameworks, and operational requirements. Collaborating extensively with our global sales, service, and technical teams, you will significantly influence product innovation and drive our strategic growth initiatives.
This role can be based in Milan, Dubai, or Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of technical solutions for international CIS proposals and high-stakes deals.
- Assist the sales team in ensuring technical compliance, scoping solutions, estimating costs, and establishing timelines.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of solutions.
- Identify and pursue strategic opportunities while fostering strong relationships with customers.
- Convert customer and market demands into actionable requirements for R&D, digital initiatives, and integration teams.
- Mentor regional sales and pre-sales teams, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of solution architecture methodologies.
- Represent the organization at workshops, training sessions, and industry events.
- Operate with autonomy, making well-informed decisions and escalating issues as necessary.
