Qualifications
What You Will Be Doing:We are on the lookout for a dynamic and technically adept Global Supply Manager to enhance our growing team. You will work closely with various cross-functional teams to source and procure custom electronics, ensuring that suppliers meet our stringent quality, pricing, and delivery standards. This role provides the opportunity to spearhead key initiatives that fortify our supply chain and strengthen vendor partnerships. This is an onsite position reporting directly to the Manager of Sourcing and Procurement at our Everett, WA office.Your Responsibilities Include:Collaborating with engineering and production teams to source electronic components and assemblies, driving Bill of Materials (BOM) cost reductions and securing vendor capacity to meet schedule requirements.Identifying new vendors while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones to cultivate a diverse and robust supply chain.Leading bidding processes, negotiating contract terms, and managing existing contracts with vendors, including manufacturing service agreements, stocking programs, and non-disclosure agreements.Driving cross-functional initiatives and projects.Creating purchase orders, resolving invoice discrepancies, and maintaining precise ERP vendor and open order data.
