Your Responsibilities: The Recipe for Success
- Own the entire recruitment process: from sourcing candidates, organizing interviews, analyzing hiring metrics, to extending offers.
- Build robust relationships with hiring teams and managers throughout the organization, serving as a trusted advisor for recruitment at our Berlin headquarters, Poland hubs, Factor Europe, and occasionally at our global offices and Distribution Centers.
- Enhance our recruitment strategies by executing innovative projects aimed at improving talent attraction and assessment methods, including the use of AI.
- Elevate our employer branding and ensure a stellar end-to-end candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to remain informed about hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor strategies, providing data-driven insights to refine our talent acquisition methodology.
- Promote Diversity & Inclusion in our hiring processes by implementing effective sourcing strategies that cultivate diverse talent pipelines.
Your Profile: The Ingredients for Success
- Proven experience in managing all phases of the recruitment process, including advertising, interviewing, and offering to a high volume of candidates.
- Background in in-house or agency recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Proactive and hands-on approach to improving processes and outcomes.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to utilize hiring metrics and analyze recruitment data to drive continuous improvements.
