Join OSA (Outsourcing Advantage) as a Global Talent Acquisition Recruiter and take on a critical role in identifying and engaging exceptional talent for remote positions. You will ensure a professional candidate experience while closely collaborating with our recruitment and HR teams to manage the full hiring lifecycle across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and attract global remote candidates through job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases.
- Advertise available roles and respond efficiently to candidate inquiries across multiple channels, including Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and email.
- Screen resumes and applications to pinpoint qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, including confirmations, reminders, and post-interview communications.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist in the creation and distribution of job postings across various recruitment platforms.
- Support background checks, reference checks, and onboarding documentation processes.
- Manage candidate pipelines to ensure timely follow-ups and next steps.
- Participate in career fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment and HR teams as needed.
