Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a strong background in treasury management and finance, with a deep understanding of liquidity management and cash forecasting. A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury operations or finance management. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in treasury management systems, and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are essential. The candidate should also demonstrate a solid understanding of compliance regulations in North America and EMEA.
About the role
The Global Treasury Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing treasury operations across the United States, Canada, and EMEA regions. This key position is responsible for managing global cash operations, liquidity forecasting, compliance, and banking governance, all while supporting M&A integrations and global insurance programs. The ideal candidate will blend strategic insight with hands-on execution to enhance process efficiency, drive automation, and lead transformative initiatives within global treasury.
This role offers a hybrid work arrangement at our Waltham, MA office (preferred) or Lake Worth, FL office. Please note, we are unable to provide work sponsorship for this position.
