About the job
About Stepful:
At Stepful, we are revolutionizing the field of allied healthcare training by providing accessible, online, instructor-led, and AI-enhanced programs aimed at empowering learners, particularly from underserved communities, to embark on thriving careers in healthcare.
Beyond our direct-to-consumer training offerings, Stepful collaborates with top-tier healthcare organizations to cultivate talent pipelines that address the critical shortage of allied health professionals. Our graduates—including Medical Assistants and Pharmacy Technicians—secure positions at prestigious employers such as CVS, NY-Presbyterian, and Walgreens.
We are proud to be backed by notable investors including Y Combinator, Reach Capital, and AlleyCorp, having recently completed a $31.5M Series B funding round led by Oak HC/FT. Furthermore, we have been recognized as the top EdTech company in the U.S. by TIME for 2025 and included in GSV's 150 Most Transformational Growth Companies in Digital Learning.
Our mission is to unlock the full potential of the global workforce, enhancing access to quality healthcare for everyone, everywhere.
Our Core Values:
Our success is attributed to our outstanding team. We seek mission-driven individuals who excel in dynamic, sometimes uncertain environments, and exemplify our four core values:
Care First: We go above and beyond to ensure our students thrive.
Learn Quickly: We embrace data-driven experimentation and continuous improvement.
Build Together: We succeed as a cohesive unit, supporting one another.
Own It: We take initiative, show up, and take pride in our work.
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement Manager to spearhead Stepful's Enterprise GTM enablement efforts. In this pivotal role, you will define our enablement strategy by analyzing the unique requirements of our Enterprise commercial teams—encompassing Sales, Solution Architecture, and Client Success—and establish the necessary enablement initiatives to support these teams effectively. Your responsibilities will include designing and delivering enablement programs and resources that drive pipeline growth, accelerate sales cycles, and promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across various teams and functions.
