About the job
About the Role
Latent is on a mission to develop an exceptional Go-To-Market (GTM) engine, and we need a unique individual to join our team. As a GTM Engineer, you will function as a product manager dedicated to the GTM organization.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate across marketing, sales, solutions, and post-sales teams.
- Gain insights into the current processes of GTM execution.
- Design and implement internal tools, automations, systems, and micro-products that dramatically enhance the productivity of the GTM team.
- Leverage AI, workflow design, and streamlined tools to transform chaotic, high-volume data into organized, repeatable, and measurable workflows.
By excelling in this role, you will significantly impact Latent’s growth trajectory and take on a pivotal role in scaling our GTM operations.
Your Responsibilities
The GTM team at Latent generates a wealth of raw data, including executive conversations, CPO initiatives, Gong calls, product content, ROI models, and live deal insights. Currently, we are only capturing a fraction of this value.
Your primary objective will be to convert this raw GTM information into a structured, compounding system that guides team members on their daily focus and enhances marketing, sales, and solutions with every engagement.
In the Long Run, You Will Expand Your Focus To:
- Events and webinars
- Account-based initiatives
- Paid and owned channels
- Product marketing
- Partnership development
- Sales playbook automation
- Pipeline diagnostics and forecasting processes
Your ultimate aim is to ensure that every GTM contributor operates at their utmost efficiency.
Key Ownership Responsibilities
1. Complete Lifecycle Management of Internal “Products”
You will manage the entire lifecycle from discovery through specification, building, rollout, adoption, and iteration. Engage with internal users (AEs, SDRs, AMs, Marketing), analyze usage data, and continuously refine processes.
2. Development of Internal Tools, Automations, and Micro-Products
Utilizing no-code, low-code, or light code tools (such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Notion, Airtable, Supabase, Retool, Webflow, scripts, and AI agents), you will deliver systems that:
- Streamline operations
- Enhance productivity
- Facilitate data-driven decision-making
