About the RoleAs a GTM Recruiter, you will collaborate closely with our founders and hiring managers to attract and secure high-caliber talent for our Go-To-Market teams.What You'll DoOversee the full recruitment cycle for technical positions, from sourcing candidates to closing offers.Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of top-tier candidates.Work closely with founders and hiring managers to clarify job requirements and establish scoring criteria.Create exceptional candidate experiences from initial contact through to offer acceptance.Rapidly innovate recruiting strategies and sourcing channels.Establish scalable processes, systems, and reporting mechanisms to facilitate large-scale hiring.Enhance our employer brand through LinkedIn, events, and employee referrals.What We're Looking ForMinimum of 4 years of experience in Go-To-Market recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.Exceptional sourcing capabilities and a creative mindset for identifying top talent.Proven ability to manage roles independently with minimal guidance.Excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and effective candidate closing techniques.A strong passion for AI, technology, and the development of early-stage teams.Highly organized, adaptable, and motivated to leverage hiring as a strategic advantage.
