Our partners experience a transformative impact after their initial demonstration, and we are seeking a skilled Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager to cultivate that initial excitement into sustainable growth. You will spearhead Reflow's go-to-market engine, overseeing strategy, execution, and the entire process.
Key Responsibilities
Craft and implement an innovative go-to-market strategy tailored to various segments, channels, and pricing models.
Develop and optimize sales and onboarding funnels to minimize the time from demo to deployment.
Drive customer expansion, retention, and revenue growth through structured customer journeys and success initiatives.
Collaborate closely with the founders on positioning, messaging, and category creation, influencing how Reflow is perceived in the market.
Conduct experiments across outbound, inbound, and partner-led strategies to identify scalable approaches.
Create and manage the GTM playbook encompassing ideal customer profiles, engagement touchpoints, success metrics, and process design.
Work in conjunction with product and engineering teams to convert market insights into prioritized roadmap objectives.
Recruit and lead future GTM team members (Customer Success, Sales, Marketing) as the organization expands.
Ideal Candidate
Demonstrated success in go-to-market, sales, or growth roles within an early-stage organization.
Experience in B2B or enterprise software, particularly in fields such as data, analytics, productivity, BI, and workforce solutions.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of dissecting funnel performance and identifying leverage points swiftly.
Equally adept at managing hands-on tasks (closing deals, overseeing onboarding) and high-level strategic planning (GTM strategy, metrics, operations).
Exceptional communicator who can transform complex product value propositions into accessible, relatable messaging.
Naturally entrepreneurial; previous experience as a founder, early business hire, or a professional who excels in dynamic environments and translates chaos into structured processes.
Bonus points for prior experience selling or marketing productivity, analytics, or performance intelligence software.
