Join us as a Go-To-Market (GTM) Systems Engineer, where you will serve as the architect of our revenue generation engine. This pivotal mid-level role combines technical acumen with go-to-market strategies to fuel scalable growth.
You will be a hybrid operator, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the systems that empower our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. Rather than merely managing campaigns, your focus will be on creating automated infrastructures that guarantee clean data, hyper-targeted outreach, and enablement for our revenue teams to expedite deal closures.
Your role will bridge technical platforms and commercial results, transforming complex product features into business value while ensuring a seamless, data-driven journey for our customers.
Your Responsibilities:
- Revenue Engine Architecture: Design, build, and optimize automated workflows (including lead qualification, nurturing, and omnichannel campaigns) to efficiently convert leads into closed deals.
- Tech Stack Ownership: Manage the integration and functioning of our GTM technology stack (CRM, Marketing Automation, Outreach Tools, Data Enrichment, Analytics) utilizing APIs, no-code/low-code tools, and custom scripts to maintain flawless data flow.
- Data & Intelligence: Develop and oversee data pipelines for lead enrichment (firmographics, intent data, technographics) to ensure our data remains clean, consistent, and actionable across all GTM teams.
- Sales Process Automation: Create automated systems that provide real-time sales support, pre-call insights, and personalized messaging to enhance engagement with leads and accelerate the sales process.
- Optimization & Analysis: Track key funnel metrics and conversion rates. Perform root-cause analyses of bottlenecks and systematically test and iterate on GTM processes for continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Revenue Operations, Customer Experience, and Sales to define requirements, gather feedback, and ensure GTM systems align with company-wide growth objectives.
