Basic Qualifications:
- Age minimum of 21 years.
- No prior experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training provided.
- No educational credentials necessary (High School Diploma, GED, or college degree).
- Possession of a valid CDL may be required based on role specifics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience as a passenger shuttle driver is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport passengers to and from designated locations, ensuring timely service.
- Provide assistance in loading and unloading passengers and their luggage, particularly those with special needs.
- Regularly inspect vehicles for safety and maintenance issues, ensuring a clean and operational shuttle.
- Deliver exemplary customer service, addressing guest inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the vehicle.
- Document any incidents or operational issues promptly.
