We are searching for an enthusiastic Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic Launch Services team. In this pivotal position, reporting directly to the Team Lead, you will manage and facilitate the entire customer onboarding experience, serving as the primary liaison for clients throughout the process.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading kick-off calls to establish onboarding processes and set customer expectations effectively.
- Ensuring comprehensive customer training is completed during the onboarding phase.
- Coordinating internal resources for project-related tasks, including hardware installations and payment processing setups.
- Keeping customers informed on implementation status and reminding them of upcoming training sessions.
- Overseeing your assigned customer segment through the onboarding journey.
- Providing timely updates on task completion and customer responsibilities during the onboarding process.
- Updating customer records in our CRM and other digital tools to accurately reflect project milestones and timelines.
- Monitoring the transition time from sales closure to system utilization for customers.
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction ratings throughout the onboarding experience.

We are looking for candidates who possess:
- Experience in the Golf Industry or are an avid golfer.
- Proven ability to manage customer expectations through effective communication via phone and email.
- Experience in resource planning and task assignment in a non-supervisory capacity.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, as this role requires fluency for collaboration with our global team and clientele.
Bonus points if you have:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a technology or service-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.
