As a Google Ads Specialist, you will become an integral part of a dynamic team composed of creatives, developers, strategists, and account managers dedicated to crafting customized marketing strategies that yield substantial business outcomes.
Your role will involve managing paid search campaigns across diverse local service sectors—such as HVAC, medical spas, real estate, healthcare, legal services, and beyond. This hands-on, results-focused position is perfect for someone who excels at maximizing every advertising dollar. You will have the autonomy to experiment, optimize, and innovate—supported by a small, agile team that is always ready to implement new ideas.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, and refine Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Performance Max platforms.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting strategies.
- Craft persuasive ad copy tailored to reflect each client’s brand, audience, and market.
- Monitor and analyze performance data to enhance ROI and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the creative team on ad visuals, landing pages, and A/B testing.
- Assist in monthly reporting, providing clear insights and strategic recommendations.
- Stay updated on trends, platform enhancements, and best practices in PPC and paid media.
- Communicate effectively with account managers and occasionally clients to discuss goals, performance, and growth opportunities.
What You Bring to the Table
- 2–5 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns (agency experience preferred).
- Google Ads Certified (or willing to obtain certification upon hiring).
- Strong understanding of Google Ads Manager, keyword planning, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
- Proficient in campaign segmentation, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
- Analytical mindset with an aptitude for transforming data into actionable strategies.
- Confidence in managing budgets and articulating performance metrics.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- A proactive attitude, continuously looking for ways to enhance results and processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Local Services Ads (LSAs) and YouTube ad formats.
- Knowledge of other advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.).
- Proven history of optimizing landing pages for conversion.
