Join our team as a Google Analytics Consultant, where you'll play a pivotal role in empowering clients to maximize their use of Google Analytics products. Your responsibilities will include educating customers on product features, providing exceptional technical support, and troubleshooting issues to ensure client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
• Educating clients on product usage, from foundational knowledge to advanced best practices through various communication channels including email, chat, and phone calls.
• Delivering outstanding technical support for the Google Analytics Suite Products.
• Effectively troubleshooting and responding to support requests, while escalating complex issues as necessary.
• Managing product configuration, including activating and deactivating features.
• Identifying and escalating product bugs (GA360) to the Analytics Escalation Team or Engineering Team.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Sales, and Engineering to enhance customer communications, gather product feedback, process feature requests, and resolve technical issues, all aimed at achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction.
