We seek a proactive individual who possesses strong relationships and profound expertise in Google Cloud to help us achieve our ambitious goals. This position will report directly to the VP of Sales, NA.
Responsibilities:
- Google Partnership Development: Cultivate and manage the relationship with Google Cloud, establishing trust and visibility across various stakeholders, including PDMs, industry verticals, and the PSO organization. Aim to be the go-to partner for Google in North America.
- Joint Business Planning: Create and implement Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that align with Google Cloud's strategic priorities, driving significant revenue growth through Partner Sourced and Partner Influenced initiatives.
- Co-Sell & Marketplace Execution: Oversee the co-sell process from start to finish, utilizing Google Cloud Marketplace, partner dashboards, and internal Google tools to enhance the pipeline and facilitate successful closures.
- Internal Enablement & Advocacy: Train Beyond's sales and delivery teams on service gaps and opportunities, ensuring readiness and visibility when relevant business opportunities arise.
- Partner Programs & Certifications: Manage Beyond's engagement in Google's partner programs and incentive structures, driving certification objectives and maximizing the benefits of our Global Strategic Partner status.
- Performance & Pipeline Management: Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as pipeline, ACV, and co-sell activities, translating partnership efforts into measurable business results.
Essential Experience:
- Google Cloud Partnership Expertise: Extensive, hands-on knowledge of the Google Cloud Partner Advantage program, comprehension of Google's commercial operations, and proficiency in navigating these at senior levels.
- Revenue Track Record: Proven history of driving revenue growth through partner-led initiatives and co-selling strategies, particularly within the Google Cloud or broader hyperscaler ecosystem.
- Relationship Depth: Exceptional ability to establish and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders within Google, including industry leads, PSO, and field sales.
- Executive Communication: Confidently present to C-suite executives both internally and externally, adept at translating complex cloud technologies—including AI, Agentic Commerce, security, and infrastructure—into coherent go-to-market narratives.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of how partnerships drive mutual success and growth.
