We are seeking a Graphic Designer with a Focus on Paid Advertising to collaborate with an innovative DTC eCommerce brand primarily operating on Shopify. This role is heavily executional and performance-oriented, emphasizing the creation of high-volume paid ad creatives—primarily for Meta platforms—with future opportunities across other channels.

Key Responsibilities
As a Graphic Designer (Paid Ads Focus), your success will hinge on your ability to consistently generate top-notch, conversion-focused ad creatives at scale. You will be responsible for the daily creative execution of paid advertising, balancing speed, precision, and performance feedback to foster growth.
Creative Production for Paid Ads
- Design and edit static and video ad creatives primarily for Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
- Generate a substantial volume of creatives weekly (30–50+), with the flexibility to scale your output as required.
- Edit short-form video ads utilizing provided footage, incorporating text overlays, captions, and transitions.
- Quickly adapt and refine creatives based on testing requirements and performance feedback.
- Implement direct-response best practices over purely aesthetic design choices.
Creative Workflow & Tools
- Utilize Canva as the primary design tool.
- Edit videos using CapCut or similar short-form video editing software.
- Efficiently leverage provided product renders and visual assets.
- Maintain organized asset libraries and version control for rapid iteration.
Collaboration & Execution Support
- Collaborate closely with the founder and internal stakeholders on creative direction and iterations.
- Ensure consistency across creatives while prioritizing performance outcomes.
- Prepare creatives for regular upload cycles and testing schedules.
