Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the creation and execution of Radius's comprehensive internal and external corporate communications strategy.
- Develop and maintain the internal communications framework to drive employee engagement, understanding, and advocacy.
- Effectively translate the business vision, strategy, and objectives into concise, compelling communications.
- Initiate and manage proactive public relations efforts, collaborating with media and external stakeholders to promote Radius's news and achievements.
- Coordinate and manage the global communications calendar for both internal and external initiatives.
- Execute comprehensive communications campaigns across various channels including events, digital platforms, internal social media, and display media.
- Disseminate pertinent company news to external audiences to bolster brand recognition and reputation.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to provide guidance on communication strategies, messaging, and timing.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on communication effectiveness, employing insights to enhance impact continuously.
- Establish and maintain a centralized communications library for governance, audit, and reuse purposes.
- Manage relationships with agencies to support delivery and scale as necessary.
