Qualifications
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE10-15 years of comprehensive accounting experience.At least 5-7 years in a deputy position within an accounting team in a multinational firm OR experience as Head of Accounting in a smaller organization, ideally in a B2C environment.Experience working with portfolio companies of private equity or infrastructure funds is highly desirable.A minimum of 5-7 years of auditing experience is essential.Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).Proficiency in Business Central.Familiarity with Tagetik is advantageous.Exposure to SAP BPC is a plus.Strong technical accounting knowledge and understanding of international accounting standards.Exceptional attention to detail and a proven track record of delivering accurate results.

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Controller to spearhead our accounting operations across the organization. This pivotal leadership position will entail overseeing financial reporting, ensuring adherence to accounting standards, and managing the audit process for our multinational portfolio.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and cultivate the group accounting team while collaborating closely with local finance departments.
Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes across the organization.
Manage the preparation of consolidated financial statements.
Direct the group audit process in conjunction with the Internal Auditor and under the guidance of the Audit Committee, while supporting country-level audits.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
Drive ongoing enhancements to accounting processes and controls.
Facilitate strategic decision-making by providing accurate financial information.
Manage relationships with external auditors and other financial stakeholders.
