This is Your Institution
Choose work with meaning.
In the closed setting of Huize Padua, you support clients who feel comfortable with clarity, structure, and closeness. You provide calmness, attention, and a warm approach: exactly what helps someone grow. You work based on the Triple-C methodology, always considering what someone needs right now to take a step forward. You contribute to a day that feels as normal as possible: with rhythm, activities, contact, and small moments that matter. This role requires stability and flexibility, but you are never alone. You work in a warm, engaged team that supports and catches each other when necessary. Every day is about learning, reflecting, and growing, including in your personal leadership.
As a group facilitator in a closed setting, you help clients regain control over their lives. You work with proximity, predictability, and genuine attention. You are a guide, motivator, and stable factor.
