Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth: Propel revenue by delivering exceptional customer service, adhering to meeting scheduling best practices, and ensuring timely, high-quality report delivery. Manage client inquiries efficiently.
- Cost Optimization: Monitor client invoices to ensure compliance with fee schedules and oversee the selection of physicians based on specialty and pricing. Cultivate relationships with key physicians to ensure panel retention.
- Staff Management: Track performance metrics for Customer Service Representatives and Quality Assurance Specialists, ensuring goals are met. Responsible for hiring based on referral volume. Conduct timely performance evaluations and manage staffing effectively.
