Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute strategic plans for catering operations that are in line with the organizational vision.
- Guide and motivate multi-site teams to uphold exceptional standards in food quality, service, and hygiene.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance across all catering divisions.
- Foster innovation in menu development, sourcing strategies, and sustainability projects.
- Ensure adherence to food safety, health and safety, and safeguarding regulations.
- Establish and nurture strong partnerships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Promote staff development, training programs, and overall wellbeing.
