Qualifications
Qualifications• A strong passion for technology with at least 16 years of hands-on software development and/or delivery experience.• Over 7-10 years of technical management experience leading software engineering teams that successfully deliver high-quality, customer-focused software products.• More than 5 years of experience in automation and Continuous Delivery (C2D) solutions utilizing open-source tools.• Proven track record of leading positive transformations, empowering team members, and fostering innovative engineering teams aligned with product technology visions.• Excellent communication skills to articulate the quality vision and drive impactful changes with a solid understanding of business dynamics.• A minimum of 5 years of delivery experience using Agile methodologies, with SAFe being an added advantage.• Strong foundational knowledge of Object-Oriented Design and programming concepts, particularly in Java or similar languages (familiarity with Node.js or Ruby on Rails is a plus).
