What will you contribute?
We are seeking an enthusiastic facilitator for our Amstelveen location who enjoys providing group information sessions to status holders. These sessions will cover various topics related to integration.
These group meetings will involve 10 to 30 participants with a refugee background. During the sessions, you will explain essential topics in understandable language (with the help of interpreters) to assist participants in navigating Dutch society. Additionally, you will encourage them to share their experiences with one another, playing a vital role in their integration into their new community!
What will your responsibilities be?
You will conduct and guide group information sessions for refugees, addressing themes such as: Welcome to the municipality, Housing, Health & Care, and Participation. You will utilize presentations and visual materials to enhance understanding.
As a facilitator, you will create a safe and respectful environment where participants can meet and exchange experiences.
You will ensure thorough preparation for the sessions and manage administrative tasks, with support from other colleagues as needed.
