Key Responsibilities
Measurement & KPI Architecture
Design and uphold the core KPI framework across marketing, sales, and product divisions.
Define and execute methodologies for CAC, LTV, payback periods, and pipeline velocity.
Establish authoritative metrics utilized by leadership and finance.
Create clear visibility throughout the funnel from initial touchpoint to revenue realization.
Attribution & Revenue Intelligence
Design and implement multi-touch attribution across various channels including paid, organic, lifecycle, and sales.
Link marketing activities directly to pipeline and closed revenue.
Identify critical drop-off points and growth opportunities throughout the funnel.
Consistently enhance tracking accuracy and quality of signals.
Analytics Infrastructure
Manage the reporting architecture for GA4, HubSpot, and CRM systems.
Create and maintain executive dashboards and automated reporting processes.
Transform disorganized data into structured, actionable insights.
Ensure data integrity across all marketing and sales platforms.
Growth Insights & Optimization
Identify genuine opportunities for growth leverage beyond surface-level observations.
Collaborate with marketing and sales to enhance conversion rates.
