About the Role
We are on the lookout for a skilled Growth and Operations Manager to help build and scale FLORA's go-to-market engine. This pivotal role will involve collaborating across multiple functions to design and implement systems that facilitate high-impact distribution and growth, ensuring that every user, partner, and prospect experiences the full value of FLORA. This position is perfect for individuals who excel in dynamic environments, think strategically, and take initiative to drive projects to completion.
What You'll Do
Lead new go-to-market initiatives from conception to launch: develop a v1, pilot, gather insights, and refine. This may include initiating a startup partnership program or investigating marketplace collaborations.
Propose innovative strategies to drive growth. Keep abreast of industry trends, assess FLORA's market positioning, and identify differentiation opportunities.
Foster community engagement: cultivate and expand FLORA's community among creative partners, student users, and power users, pinpointing effective methods to enhance engagement and promote community-driven growth.
Enhance current initiatives to boost growth. Collaborate across GTM, Sales, and Marketing to amplify the impact of successful strategies.
Facilitate cross-functional execution and communication among Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to maintain alignment and clarity on priorities.
Provide clarity in ambiguity. Define decisions, establish constraints, suggest methodologies, and drive execution. Develop workflows and automations that enhance operational efficiency and utilize AI tools effectively.
