About the job
Hello!
We are on the lookout for a proactive and business-oriented Growth Creative Marketing Manager to join our Wisey team. This role is pivotal in launching and expanding new business segments through innovative marketing strategies.
This position is designed for individuals who value not just creating content but also owning a specific growth area, developing new funnels, generating hypotheses from scratch, and influencing the direction of the business. Wisey is a venture of Universe Group that develops services aimed at enhancing personal productivity for users worldwide. With over 4 million users already on the platform, we help combat procrastination, improve focus, productivity, and overall quality of life.
Your responsibilities will include:
Owning a dedicated growth segment of the business - launching new creative hypotheses, funnels, and approaches that are untested or not yet scaled.
Working at the intersection of creativity, analytics, and business logic - impacting not just on CTR or CPA but also on strategic decisions.
Collaborating closely with UA, PM, PMM, and analysts to identify new growth opportunities.
Having the space and buckets for experimentation, rapid iterations, and learning from failures - without micromanagement.
What you will gain by joining our team:
True ownership - you will be responsible for the development of a specific direction, not just a part of the process.
The opportunity to launch something new from scratch and see the direct impact of your decisions on the business.
A flexible growth trajectory - horizontally (growing as a growth expert) or vertically (leadership, management).
Working with high-quality analytics and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
A strong creative team (Creative Marketing Managers + designers) and an experienced leader.
Automated processes and the ability to influence how they will evolve in the future.
Your key tasks will be:
Launching and developing new creative directions and marketing funnels.
Market analysis, competitor research...
