Your Daily Menu
Design and implement B2C growth strategies focused on the customer journey within the iFood app (acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization).
Lead the planning and execution of experiments (A/B, incremental, and exploratory) with clear hypotheses and well-defined metrics.
Identify and prioritize growth levers based on data (segmentation, personalization, value proposition, and user experience).
Analyze customer behavior, funnels, cohorts, and performance by profile/region, turning insights into actionable plans.
Forecast medium and long-term demand for sustainable growth.
Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Data teams to ensure strategic alignment and integrated execution.
Develop the team by fostering autonomy, analytical thinking, and a results-driven mindset.
Communicate results and insights effectively to stakeholders.
