The Role:
We are in search of a full-time Marketing Leader to join our team. Please note that this position requires in-person work based in New York, NY. If you are looking for remote or hybrid roles, this may not be the right fit for you.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and implement data-driven performance marketing campaigns across various channels including paid social, paid search, display, and emerging platforms.
- Oversee budget planning, forecasting, and optimization to enhance ROI and stimulate user growth.
- Manage and mentor a small but expanding marketing team, nurturing a culture of experimentation, learning, and iterative improvement.
- Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to produce impactful campaigns and engaging advertising content.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance, transforming insights into actionable adjustments.
- Design and execute A/B testing across advertisements, landing pages, and conversion funnels to elevate conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and growth strategies to keep Zealthy at the forefront of the market.
