About the Role
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to enhance our marketing team. This role transcends traditional demand generation; we are evolving towards a sophisticated Growth Marketing framework that emphasizes quality account progression and engagement with buying committees over sheer lead volume.
In this position, you will design, implement, and evaluate integrated marketing strategies aimed at boosting the sales pipeline across North America and EMEA. Your expertise will drive impactful campaigns, advanced account-based marketing (ABM), customer marketing, and channel partner initiatives.
Working closely with regional sales, you will utilize tools such as 6sense, Qualified, UserGems, and HubSpot to identify buyer intent and track their movements, thereby contributing positively to both new business and expansion pipelines. You will embrace accountability, take initiative, and innovate solutions throughout the customer journey.
Your Responsibilities
- Full-Lifecycle Account Progression: Develop and implement marketing plans that align with company growth objectives, focusing on acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
- Buying Committee Engagement: Create multi-touch campaigns that guide prospects through the buying journey.
