Your Responsibilities
Management of Offline Marketing Channels focusing on customer acquisition in the DACH region (Direct Mail, Barter, Paid Package Inserts, Promotions), including strategic development, budget management, and cost reporting.
Comprehensive KPI-based Campaign Management from planning, steering, and analysis to identifying optimization potential, innovations, and testing approaches, culminating in the implementation of performance-enhancing initiatives and roadmaps.
Regular Reporting and Deep Dives considering relevant KPIs, achievement of objectives, ongoing developments, and tests.
Management of External Agencies and Partners including contract negotiations and close collaboration with the marketing team, adjacent functions, and channel managers from other HelloFresh markets.
Continuous Monitoring of market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs to develop new advertising strategies, market opportunities, and adjust current initiatives.
Implementation of AI-driven Optimization and Automation Solutions aimed at achieving sustainable efficiency increases.
Your Profile
A completed university degree (Bachelor's/Master's) or a commercial apprenticeship, along with 3–5 years of professional experience in performance-oriented campaign management, ideally in the e-commerce environment.
Solid knowledge in the field of paid (offline) marketing and customer acquisition strategies.

Your Role
As a Growth Marketing Manager (All Genders), you will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth strategy in the DACH region. You will develop and optimize our customer acquisition strategy through paid offline marketing channels, including package inserts, promotions at fairs, and events. You will not only refine existing channels but also innovate them: identifying potentials, developing strategic approaches for scaling, and driving innovations in offline marketing.
With clear performance and budget responsibility, you will independently manage campaigns and initiatives, from planning through execution to analysis and reporting. You will systematically advance projects, collaborate closely with internal teams, and coordinate with external agencies.
Please note that occasional travel will be required to oversee marketing activities in direct sales, and this position is initially limited to 24 months (with the aim of extension).
