Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Implement and enhance demand generation programs with a focus on generating high-quality inbound leads specifically for enterprise mortgage lenders.Oversee daily operations across customer acquisition channels such as SEO/GEO, SEM, paid social media, AI-driven campaigns, and events, while adhering to a disciplined budget.Execute and optimize account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns to cultivate qualified leads from key enterprise and mid-market lending accounts, working in close collaboration with sales.Track campaign performance from audience targeting to impressions, MQLs, and opportunities, utilizing tools like 6sense, Demandbase, HubSpot, and Pardot to deliver targeted content and analyze engagement across account lists.Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign results, pipeline contributions, conversion rates, and ROI, sharing valuable insights with marketing and sales leadership.Work closely with sales to ensure alignment on targeting, messaging, campaign execution, and follow-up strategies.Support event strategy by managing execution and optimization efforts, including pre-event outreach, on-site management, and post-event follow-up to ensure pipeline continuation.Own and enhance critical sections of the website as a growth asset, focusing on testing and improving conversion rates throughout the funnel.Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce materials that facilitate pipeline generation and drive sales discussions.Provide insights and recommendations to continuously improve demand generation performance as the organization grows.Conduct intelligent experimentation, beginning with digital-first strategies and expanding into new channels as supported by data.
