Qualifications
What We Expect From You3–4 years of hands-on B2B marketing experience—you have successfully created and delivered campaigns independently. Experience in the public sector or mission-driven organizations is a plus.Proficiency with marketing tools and systems—familiarity with Salesforce (or similar CRM), marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.), and analytics. While you don’t need to be an administrator, you should be capable of generating reports, fixing workflows, and troubleshooting integrations.AI and tools proficiency—you utilize AI effectively to enhance productivity and are enthusiastic about creating scalable automations.Data-driven decision making—you rely on data rather than intuition, and you are comfortable working with dashboards, spreadsheets, and attribution models.Experience collaborating with agencies—you can effectively brief, review, and push external partners to achieve better results.Generalist mindset—you are versatile and enjoy switching between campaign launches, webinar setups, and Salesforce reporting in a single day.Strong collaborative spirit—you will work closely with sales, product marketing, and leadership, demonstrating a commitment to team success.Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal. Proficiency in other languages is a bonus!

The Role
We are seeking a talented Growth Marketing Specialist to become a key player in driving Go Vocal's next phase of growth. In this role, you will be involved in the entire marketing funnel—from executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns that attract government clients to developing automation and workflows that convert interest into sales leads. This is a dynamic, hands-on position that offers substantial learning opportunities. You'll collaborate with our paid agency on demand generation, create AI-powered workflows to enhance team efficiency, and manage the systems that bridge marketing and sales. Your responsibilities will span ads, webinars, lead magnets, CRM, reporting, and sales enablement, giving you substantial ownership from day one.
