Qualifications
What you’ll do:Identify and prioritize target companies that align with Inductive Bio’s ideal customer profile to ensure a steady flow of qualified sales opportunities.Collaborate with Sales and co-founders to leverage Inductive Bio’s expert network for high-impact engagement with biopharma leaders.Design and execute outbound marketing campaigns, continuously testing and refining messaging and targeting strategies.Lead strategies for conferences and events to boost brand visibility and manage social media content that establishes credibility and raises awareness among target markets.Monitor performance metrics across outreach efforts, campaigns, and events to assess ROI, guide decision-making, and enhance pipeline generation.Who are you:6+ years of experience in B2B demand generation strategy and execution, including a minimum of 2 years focused on biopharmaceutical organizations.Demonstrated success in generating and qualifying sales pipelines within high-growth or early-stage companies.Data-driven approach with proficiency in CRM and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn.
