We are seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing Specialist to elevate Lightspark's presence and engage our target audience effectively. As an AI-savvy marketer, you thrive in fast-paced environments, continually experimenting and optimizing to drive sales pipeline growth. You will take charge of the entire top-of-funnel marketing strategy, encompassing SEO, social media, outbound efforts, paid advertising, compelling content creation, and website conversions. You proactively identify opportunities and act on them without waiting for direction.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive organic search strategy to establish Lightspark as a leader in real-time payments and financial infrastructure. Create, commission, and enhance content for high search rankings and conversions.
Manage Lightspark's social media presence across platforms including LinkedIn and X. Cultivate a consistent brand voice, expand our audience, and convert followers into viable leads.
Design and execute multi-channel outbound marketing campaigns targeting key decision-makers in financial institutions, fintech companies, and enterprise partners.
Plan, launch, and fine-tune paid advertising campaigns across search engines and social media. Monitor key metrics such as CAC and ROAS to make informed scaling decisions.
Collaborate with the web team to enhance landing pages, CTAs, and conversion pathways to maximize lead generation.
Create dashboards, track performance metrics, conduct experiments, and provide insights on effective strategies. Data-driven decision-making is essential.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in growth or demand generation marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, or developer-centric products.
Proficient in using SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Semrush), paid marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn), and marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot).
Experienced with AI tools to enhance productivity, content quality, and experimentation.
Excellent written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex financial concepts for a broad audience.
A proactive mindset, favoring rapid launches and iterative learning over perfectionism.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, wearing multiple hats as needed.
