Role Overview
The Growth Marketing Manager will spearhead the shift from merely generating traffic to optimizing full-funnel conversions. This role emphasizes enhancing landing page performance, refining the customer journey, and boosting conversion efficiency across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Funnel Strategy
Evaluate the customer journey to pinpoint drop-off points and conversion bottlenecks on landing pages.
Develop strategies to enhance landing page credibility, product clarity, and overall user experience.
Direct A/B testing initiatives across landing pages, product pages, and checkout processes.
Optimize the Shopify store environment to elevate post-click revenue and overall conversion performance.
Paid Media Oversight & Performance Marketing
Oversee and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
Ensure ad messaging aligns with landing page content for a seamless, high-converting brand experience.
Monitor and refine key performance indicators such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates, focusing on increasing efficiency and reducing CPA.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Track and assess campaign performance utilizing Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Shopify Analytics.
Convert performance data into actionable insights and report on the direct effects of growth initiatives.
Provide regular, data-driven updates to stakeholders on growth metrics.
