As a Growth Marketing Specialist at Taara, you will play a pivotal role in transforming intricate data into actionable insights that guide our global marketing and communications strategy. Your efforts will promote the widespread adoption of Taara’s innovative technology, enhancing our brand presence, fostering community, and supporting business growth in partnership with our collaborators. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—including sales, product, engineering, and operations—you will optimize the entire customer journey from lead generation to conversion and growth. This position is perfect for a data-driven strategist eager to lay the analytics foundation of Taara’s marketing tech stack.

Your Impact:
- Pipeline & Funnel Analytics: Analyze the complete customer journey, tracking engagement from awareness to conversion and growth.
- Growth Marketing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize lead acquisition, engagement, and retention, optimizing workflows and hand-offs.
- Insights & Reporting: Develop comprehensive dashboards that integrate web traffic, CRM data (Salesforce and HubSpot), ensuring alignment with revenue and growth objectives.
- Marketing Effectiveness: Evaluate the ROI of marketing initiatives and digital outreach, guiding budget allocation based on performance metrics.
- Field Marketing & Event ROI: Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to generate qualified leads and achieve sales targets, focusing on B2B customer acquisition.
