Role Overview
We are on the lookout for a Growth Operations Strategy & Analyst to play a pivotal role in our Talent Operations department. This position goes beyond traditional Talent roles, emphasizing strategic operations. You will apply analytical precision and structured thinking, often drawn from finance or consulting backgrounds, to enhance our growth engine. Responsibilities will include capacity planning, performance monitoring, cost-per-hire optimization, and improving overall operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Talent Operations and have direct access to the CFO. This is a high-impact and visible role, bridging data infrastructure, operational execution, and strategic decision-making.
