Position Overview
As we expand our operations, Deepgram is excited to welcome our first GTM Enablement Manager. This pivotal role serves as a catalyst for our revenue organization, overseeing the learning, ramping, and operational methodologies of our GTM teams. By utilizing AI tools, playbooks, and enablement systems, you will drive efficiency and enhance outcomes. This position bridges Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations, ensuring that our strategies translate into scalable, repeatable performances in the field.
Please note that this role does not involve external content creation. Your focus will be on enhancing onboarding processes, ensuring product mastery, and promoting competitive preparedness and tool adoption. Your mission is to elevate productivity, standardize processes, and amplify performance across our entire go-to-market framework.
