Fyxer is experiencing rapid growth and is looking for a dynamic GTM Enablement Manager to join our team. This pivotal role will transform our current enablement practices from informal and reactive methods into a structured, repeatable system that can scale with our expanding team.
As the inaugural GTM Enablement Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our Sales and Customer Success teams are well-prepared at every stage of their journey. From comprehensive onboarding to impactful product launches and continuous coaching, you will take full ownership of how enablement is delivered in the field.
You will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product Marketing, and GTM Engineering to seamlessly convert strategy into execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accelerate Onboarding for Sales & Customer Success
Lead the onboarding process for Account Executives (AEs) and Customer Success Managers (CSMs), aligning with specific ramp and milestone KPIs.
Create a blend of live, asynchronous, and in-tool learning experiences to expedite productivity.
Collect feedback from new hires to identify and address gaps in processes, tools, or messaging.
2. Foster Continuous Learning & Coaching
Establish ongoing enablement initiatives aligned with our sales methodologies, pipeline standards, and account management best practices.
Collaborate with managers to develop coaching guides, playbooks, and reinforcement tools.
Transform real-world feedback into actionable resources that enhance performance and reduce friction.
3. Manage GTM Change Initiatives
Oversee enablement for new tools, processes, and sales methodologies.
Collaborate with Product Marketing to deliver clear, actionable messaging to the field.
