Role Overview
The Go-To-Market Engineer plays a critical role at the junction of sales, marketing, data, and automation. You will be responsible for designing, constructing, and refining the technical architecture that supports Ampliphi’s revenue engine.
This hands-on position focuses on CRM architecture (preferably HubSpot), automation workflows, enrichment pipelines, outbound infrastructure, analytics, and experimentation frameworks.
What Your Day Will Look Like:
Revenue Systems Architecture
- Lead and enhance CRM architecture (HubSpot preferred)
- Design lifecycle stages, pipeline structures, and attribution logic
- Create automated workflows for lead routing, scoring, nurturing, and lifecycle progression
- Maintain data cleanliness, integrity, and reporting accuracy
- Document scalable GTM systems and processes
Automation and Infrastructure
- Implement automation across marketing and sales systems
- Integrate tools via APIs, webhooks, Zapier/Make, or native integrations
- Build and sustain outbound infrastructure (domains, sending tools, tracking, sequencing)
- Oversee enrichment tools and prospecting platforms
- Enhance deliverability and technical performance of outbound systems
Data and Analytics
- Develop dashboards to monitor pipeline, funnel performance, CAC, LTV, and conversion metrics
- Formulate attribution models to assess campaign effectiveness
- Analyze GTM experiments and provide actionable insights
- Support forecasting and revenue planning
Experimentation and Growth Engineering
- Conduct and track outbound experiments (ICP testing, messaging, segmentation)
